Names, contact details, venue and wedding date are used to respond to enquiries and manage wedding bookings. Electronic signing records each partner’s supplied full name, email, typed signature, consent, the server-recorded time and exact agreement version and snapshot hash with the booking. Identity and email ownership are not verified. New deposits use direct bank transfer. Receiving account instructions are available only with a private signed-booking link; they are not listed publicly. Oz records the amount, bank transaction reference and receipt date after checking cleared funds. The website does not access your bank or collect bank login credentials.
